A recently completed study has shown that 84 percent of clients list "responsiveness" as the chief criterion in choosing an architect. Moreover, 81 percent of those polled indicate that while previous experience working with that client is a guiding factor in consultant selection, by far the first priority for clients is that architect who listens to and understands their clients' needs, hopes, dreams and expectations.
We know
that if our client doesn't get into production as scheduled, then the project
pro forma and the company business plans are in jeopardy. Many of our clients
are start-up technology based companies making their first venture into the
